Indian Bank Corporate Merchant Application

Indian Bank introduces the Indian Bank Corporate Merchant mobile application, designed for Indian Bank UPI QR merchants to facilitate the redemption of eRupi prepaid vouchers and the generation of static/dynamic UPI QR codes. This application empowers remitters (customers of the merchant) to scan the QR code and make payments to the merchant using any UPI App. For eRupi voucher redemption, the beneficiary simply displays the eRupi voucher QR code, and merchants can redeem it using the Indian Bank Corporate Merchant App.

This streamlined process allows merchants to receive payments through UPI mode, ensuring secure and instant fund transfers from customers' bank accounts to merchant accounts with no additional charges.

Requirements for using IB Corporate Merchant App:

• An Android phone with internet service
• An active bank account with Indian Bank
• The mobile number registered with the IB Corporate Merchant App must match the one used during Virtual Payment Address (VPA) creation.
  

Registration Process for IB Corporate Merchant Application:

• Download and install the IB Corporate Merchant Application from Google Play Store
• Select “Send SMS” to verify your mobile number. An SMS verification process will be initiated
• In case of Dual SIM, choose the SIM card registered with your bank account for verification purposes
• After verifying your mobile number, set a login password for the application
• Upon successful login, merchants can start using the Indian Bank Corporate Merchant mobile application.
